We are looking for:  Python Developer lead

  • Take a key role in our office in Deinze and lead the technical team. 
  • Combine coaching and building: you help colleagues grow and enjoy diving into the code yourself.
  • Take the lead in complex projects: you ensure the structure, scalability, and technical quality.

Who are you? 

  We are looking for more than just a contact point for customers. We are looking for someone with drive who ensures that Odoo truly makes a difference for our customers.

University degree or equivalent experience

You have a master's degree in engineering or industrial sciences, or you have reached an equivalent level through experience: we mainly look at what you can do.




Technical expertise in our stack

You are well acquainted with our tech stack consisting of Python,  JavaScript, Postgresql databases, container technology, and Kubernetes.  You easily find your way in this and have the skills to diagnose potential issues. 

Structured work in an agile environment

You enjoy working in an agile workflow and know how to balance structure and a smooth workflow.

Ownership and responsibility  

You are someone who does not shy away from responsibility. 

Fluent in Dutch & English 

Dutch and English are essential in collaborating with our clients and colleagues.

Strong communicator, even across team boundaries

You can explain things clearly, even to people who are not or less technically inclined.
