Your responsibilities
- Follow up on the commercial questions of existing customers and act as a SPOC
- Responding to current trends/innovations and translating them into concrete solutions for the customer
- Preparing quotations and following them up promptly
- Become a real Odoo expert
- Continuously explore ways to refine and enhance our customers' Odoo setup
- Network at events
Your DNA
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree within a relevant specialization or equivalent through experience
- You have an affinity for IT and business processes
- You can the gift of gab and communicate to the point
- Communication skills in Dutch & English are mandatory. Knowledge of French is an extra asset
- A first experience with ERP or other software is a strong asset
- You are proactive and customer-oriented
- You approach tasks with organization and concentration
